This little painting was created in Hawaii and inspired by a beautiful, young pregnant woman I met many years ago. She was so full and ripe and luscious... she reminded me of papaya and mango, of the rising sun and the full moon. She is the color of the lush and verdant island foliage.This image blends both African and Polynesian influences.
