This painting is inspired by one of my Oregon homes. This magic land is located in the coastal foothills near Eugene and is bordered by a river. In the lush forest thrives one of the early flowers of spring... the exquisite Trillium. On my walks, I loved observing these beauties transform from white to pink to violet.
